# How to add in microsoft excel

Can somebody help me?

Hello,

In the formula bar at the top of the spreadsheet, you need to type in &quot;=&quot; and then &quot;sum(&quot; then click on the cells you&#39;d like to add, typing &quot; + &quot; in between the clicks  (or click and drag over a selection of adjacent cells you&#39;d like to add) or if it&#39;s just numbers type in the sum, then finish with a &quot;)&quot; and press &quot;enter&quot;.
