# How do you record in GoToMeeting?

We are having a big meeting that our CEO is going to miss and I'm trying to make sure I'm able to record it.

Hello -  in order to record with GoToMeeting you must:
1. Have a Pro or Plus tier account.
2. Go into the Settings page on global.gotomeeting.com to see if the Cloud Recording functionality is enabled (has a location for storage & is not grayed out). 
3. If this is the case then you can click on the red record icon while in your meeting.
