The initial setup was pretty smooth, and I didn't feel any complications compared to a normal startup at a normal job. **Was gefällt Ihnen an WorkMotion nicht?** Well, it feels like the worst thing about it is like playing the telephone sometimes. Some messages go from my company to WorkMotion, then to Parakar, then to me. Or sometimes from Parakar to WorkMotion, and then me, but I already resolved it with parakar. So WorkMotion's interference was not necessary. **Welche Probleme löst WorkMotion für Sie, und wie profitieren Sie davon?** I get my payslip sometimes through WorkMotion, and their interface is very streamlined and nicely accessible. ### 49. Alles war unglaublich einfach, vollständig online und völlig problemlos. Das Team ist nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch immer schnell und hilfsbereit, wann immer ich eine Frage hatte. Der gesamte Prozess fühlte sich von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos, effizient und gut organisiert an. Sie kümmerten sich um alle rechtlichen, abrechnungs- und verwaltungstechnischen Aspekte, die sonst sehr kompliziert und zeitaufwendig wären. Für mich bedeutete dies eine reibungslose, vollständig online und stressfreie Erfahrung. Ich musste mir keine Sorgen um Compliance oder Papierkram machen und konnte mich ganz auf meine Arbeit konzentrieren.
