I really like the automation builder in Keap. It allows me to set up automations that help manage our sales pipeline efficiently. I also enjoy being able to build out widgets and dashboards on the home screen, which give me a quick view of my day and the current pipeline's status and opportunities. Additionally, I found the setup process to be pretty easy and user-friendly. The team helped us get set up, offered some training sessions, and worked with us to prepare everything for our team. Being able to manage company level records instead of individual contact records that apply to all contacts in a company. And a better view of email communication and outreach by sales reps to customers in an area that can be reported on instead of just syncing the emails from our Microsoft 365 environment. It would be really nice to be able to assign more that just one person to an opp in Keap, this way if a CS or Support Rep is an addtional contact owner this can be done at the point they would need to be involved.
