We also love the fact that it integrates with Teamwork, which is our project management system. The software itself is fantastic and a huge improvement from others we looked at, but from the beginning the support team has been absolutely amazing. When I have had an issue with the platform, they respond immediately and even changed/improved their software based on my feedback. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Usually feedback is lost in the void and you never see improvements, but this team makes it happen and fast! There are a few minor annoyances with the software. For example, you cannot save a filter or view for future meetings so you always have to adjust the filters each time you start an L10. No the annoying thing was migrating from ninety. I wish I could have easily just synced things over to carry my data over. I worked with a CS rep and they made it seem like it should be possible, but I never found a solution.
