I liked the AI automation for customer engagement through push notifications. It has saved my team about 1 hour each day.

The only thing I dislike is the limitation of analytics when using FCM, although that doesn’t seem to be the case when it’s used with OneSignal.

**Welche Probleme löst PushPilot für Sie, und wie profitieren Sie davon?**

PushPilot, as a product, has solved multiple problems for me. Writing push notifications manually used to be a pain, but the PushPilot agent now handles it automatically. PushPilot also creates user segments based on campaign performance; earlier, that wasn’t possible for us because it required significant data analytics. 

The simple user interface makes it easy for my team to create campaigns in one click using company-domain-specific templates. This has improved my user engagement, and I’d call it genuinely good and performant. Integration with OneSignal is another big plus, since I don’t have to change any code in my application. Onboarding is also very easy, just log in with Google and it’s done.
Pro subscription is really worth it.
