I want to sort all my contacts to see who regularly opens the emails and who does not. The iContact video is terrible; the graphic is too small to see and the man who is speaking is impossible to understand. How do I do this?

# Why can't the system HIGHLIGHT offending text or links that block publication?
When finalizing publication, you get an error message that says there is offending text or a link, etc., blocking publication. I need to know where all these are located without having to read the entire document.
ALSO: How can I sort contacts to show categories of use in certain groups... i.e.; List of contacts with views in past 30 days, 90 days, 120 days, No views, etc.
