The platform includes search, favorites, activity history, revisions, file attachments, PDF exports, engineer overview packs, rack documentation, and tenant-controlled branding. It also supports integrations and sync metadata for systems such as Microsoft 365, NinjaOne, HaloPSA, and collector-based network data workflows, helping reduce manual documentation effort and highlight stale or drifting information. Dokumint is multi-tenant, making it suitable for MSPs managing many customer environments from one platform while maintaining tenant isolation, customer scoping, role-based permissions, MFA, optional Entra ID single sign-on, audit history, API access, and security controls for sensitive documentation.
