I can make different channels, as per the working responsibilities, and can also make reminders for my own work. Slack also includes options where I can link this app with different apps, so it is more flexible and easier to use. It performs well even if there are loads of messages and never lags, though I have never used any AI on slack, so cannot say much about it, but the best is it gives a lot of features with the pricing they have. While onboarding new employees it is easy to add them in the ongoing channels. There isnt much that I dislike about Slack, but I think it should have any good AI or intelligence that can help us with any grammar mistakes while sending the messages. Also I think there should be some buffer time before sending the message so we can cancel in between in case we have send wrong message. We wouldn’t use any other tool for internal messaging. As an admin, I’ve found the integrations with the rest of our stack to be solid, pretty much everything we use plugs into it in one way or another.
