The breadth and depth of connector coverage is what initially drew us in — Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesloft, PostgreSQL, and more, all under one roof. But what really won us over was the unified ODBC interface. Instead of dealing with the quirks and nuances of each individual API, we get a single, consistent access layer across all of them. That alone reduced our internal complexity. Implementation was also impressive — we were querying live systems like HubSpot and Salesforce within days of getting started.

No major complaints. As we scale into MarTech tools, we'd welcome continued expansion of the connector library. More self-serve documentation for fine-tuning connector performance in complex enterprise environments would also be a helpful addition.

Before CData, we were building and maintaining custom connectors for every system our customers use—and our customers run 60+ RevTech tools on average. That connector work alone was consuming an estimated 25% of our R&D capacity and pulling focus away from our core product. CData Embed changed that completely. By standardizing connectivity across our platform, we were able to reclaim that engineering time and redirect it toward what we actually do best: building AI-driven diagnostics that find and fix the silent revenue failures hiding between systems. Today, our AI agents continuously run 100+ diagnostic scenarios across customer revenue stacks, and the reliable, stable data access CData provides is what makes that possible at scale.
