Not too many things to improve. I would say the flexibility of managing templates. Having more advanced editing options or the ability to duplicate and quickly adjust templates would save time, especially when handling similar documents. Also, when we add a document with the same name, it renames the latest document with a (1) but when we try to find the first draft to eliminate it seems a bit difficult to do.
