It allows me to have a better administration of expenses. I like Abukai because of its incredible ease of use and its security, I can also use it on my mobile device and that is very useful. When I am out of the office I just need to scan or take a picture of the expense receipt and voila, Abukai takes care of the rest, as easy as following a few simple steps. The integration of this platform with our credit cards is great, the approval of the expense is very fast as well as the reimbursements. This is very helpful to our sales team and anyone that travels often. Before, it was such a huge pain for us to do expenses until we starting with Abukai. **What do you dislike about ABUKAI Expenses?** The interface is not the easiest. We have to manage many phone calls where people ask us how to use certain features, and occasionally we find that it is harder to organize the data via this app than it would be just by storing receipts. Our sales team that is always on the road finds it hard to track miles as well. **Recommendations to others considering ABUKAI Expenses:** Look around. On top of this, being able to export the information into a format that is accessible for me and my expense reports is invaluable. I can't tell you how many apps I've tried to use and they all just end up creating more work for me in the end. This app is simple, intuitive, and user friendly. **What do you dislike about ABUKAI Expenses?** There really isn't much that I dislike about the app. Overall, it's easy to use and I like the export options. I think the app could maybe look more modern, but that is my only gripe. The keyboard seems to still be using the older iOS model and not the native keyboard, which is only a minor issue overall and not something that would deter me from using this app. **Recommendations to others considering ABUKAI Expenses:** Make sure you name each receipt with a way of easily determining what it was for without having to look at each one individually. **What problems is ABUKAI Expenses solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking expenses and combining everything into a easy to export format. I can't tell you how many different programs and apps I have tried to use to track my expenses and nothing comes close to this one. My company uses excel spreadsheets like most others and so it is not surprising to see this feature incorporated here. But the great thing about it is that it is smart and intuitive and saves on time. ### 17.
