# Wann wird AskNicely eine Integration mit Zoho CRM haben?

Sie können AskNicely in Ihr Zoho Desk-Konto integrieren, um automatisch Umfragen zu senden, wenn Tickets geschlossen werden. Jede Umfrageanfrage wird gegen die AskNicely-Kontaktregeln überprüft, um eine Überbefragung der Kunden zu vermeiden.
