Roboterprozessautomatisierung (RPA), auch bekannt als Software-Robotik, verwendet intelligente Automatisierungstechnologien, um sich wiederholende Bürotätigkeiten von menschlichen Arbeitskräften auszuführen, und mit RPA werden zeitaufwändige Aufgaben in kürzerer Zeit mit Genauigkeit erledigt. RPA ist vorteilhaft, wenn die Aufgabe sich wiederholt und weniger menschliches Eingreifen erfordert.
