OVZ (Open Virtuozzo) ist eine Virtualisierungstechnologie auf Betriebssystemebene für Linux. Sie ermöglicht es einem physischen Server, mehrere isolierte Betriebssysteminstanzen auszuführen, die als Container, virtuelle private Server (VPS) oder virtuelle Umgebungen (VEs) bezeichnet werden. OpenVZ ist ähnlich wie Solaris Containers und LXC.
