Die Auflistung von Immobilien auf Loopnet ist kostenlos (Loopnet Basic). Allerdings haben nur CoStar-Abonnenten die Möglichkeit, Basic Loopnet-Auflistungen zu sehen. Damit Loopnet-Auflistungen von anderen als CoStar-Abonnenten gesehen werden können, muss man die Auflistung auf Silber-, Gold-, Platin- oder Diamant-Status upgraden. Diamant-Marketingpakete beginnen bei $2.499/Monat; Platin bei $1.249/Monat; Gold bei $649/Monat; und Silber bei $89 pro Monat. Ich glaube, diese Preise gelten PRO AUFLISTUNG. Loopnet bietet ein Premium Lister-Paket mit 10 Silber-Auflistungen an. Ich konnte die Kosten für Premium Lister auf der Loopnet-Website nicht finden, die hier eingesehen werden kann: https://www.loopnet.com/solutions/ad-packages/premium-lister.
