select the options present in the dialog box that pops up as per your convenience.
You can designate an alternate host

Put the email addresses of selected invitees click send invite attendees by email session will be added
A session will be added to your calendar and scheduled under WebEx site the calendar and color email items provide all the information needed to start or join the session

Sobald Sie die Einladung senden, werden die Informationen zum Beitritt zum Meeting automatisch in Ihrer Einladung ausgefüllt und sind für alle Teilnehmer sichtbar.
