Nein, das ist es nicht; obwohl ein Großteil davon in Python3 oder Bash geschrieben ist, ist der Quellcode dafür verfügbar, aber nicht unter einer Open-Source-Lizenz veröffentlicht. Der Quellcode des Kerns ist nicht verfügbar.

Die Checkmk Raw Edition (Community) ist. Und ist übrigens sehr, sehr fähig. Sie sollte im Vergleich zum kommerziellen Angebot nicht unterschätzt werden. Siehe: https://github.com/tribe29/checkMK
