# Ist BambooHR effektiv für die Verwaltung von Auftragnehmern?

Mein Unternehmen stellt unabhängige Auftragnehmer für kurzfristige Projekte wieder ein. Kann BambooHR dies effektiv verwalten, d.h. ist das Profil des 'ehemaligen Mitarbeiters' noch im Talentpool sichtbar und leicht einem neuen Job zuzuweisen?
