Jonathan,  
Infusionsoft hat viele Einträge in ihrem Marktplatz. Dort sind alle Apps, Integrationen und Widgets aufgelistet. Zum Beispiel haben sie ein Gmail-Sync-Widget, das man kostenlos herunterladen kann. Sie haben auch einige Live-Chat-Apps zur Auswahl.
