Da Force.com zu 100 % in der Cloud mit einem einheitlichen Datenmodell aufgebaut ist und API-first ist, kann jede darauf erstellte App sofort in der Salesforce1 Mobile App bereitgestellt werden, die ebenfalls auf Force.com basiert. Tatsächlich erfordert das Mobilfähig-Machen einer App nur, dass Salesforce1 im Mobile Administration Setup aktiviert und gespeichert ist. Darüber hinaus können Administratoren steuern, wer innerhalb einer Organisation Zugriff auf die App hat.
