# Live Transcript

How does a Pro-user enable Live Transcript when conducting a Zoom meeting? I have seen it being used in Webinars.

Wenn Sie SSO und das Chrome Zoom-Plugin verwenden, verliert Zoom manchmal Ihre Identität und die Aufnahmefunktion wird nicht aktiviert. Gehen Sie in die Erweiterung, melden Sie sich ab und dann wieder mit Ihrem SSO an. Starten Sie dann das Meeting neu und die Aufnahmetaste sollte sichtbar sein.

Danke für die Antwort. Kennen Sie etwas Ähnliches wie Live Transcript, das mit einem Zoom Pro-Abonnement verwendet werden kann?
