I’m currently evaluating employee intranet software and came across some of G2’s top-rated options—here are a few that stood out to me.

HCL Connections – A digital workspace platform that helps employees collaborate, share content, and stay engaged through role-based tools and social features. Popular among enterprise teams.

Jive – Known for its interactive intranet experience, Jive brings together company news, communication, and collaboration in one platform. Ideal for large, distributed teams.

Guru – An AI-powered knowledge management tool that centralizes key information across teams, making it easy to search, access, and maintain knowledge in real-time.

Workplace from Meta – Combines familiar features like live video, groups, and chat to streamline internal communication and boost employee engagement across organizations.

Jostle – Focused on company culture and connection, Jostle helps employees stay informed and participate through announcements, directories, and a clean, easy-to-use interface.

These all seem like good solutions, but I wanted to hear from the community. Please share any experiences you have with employee intranet software.
