There is not currently a workflow option, replies on tickets do no automatically get appended to the original and instead one ticket per reply is generated which makes it difficult to manage.

It is very glitchy! More often than not it buffers for long periods of time. There is often interruptions in connection that cause loss of contact with client and or miscommunication. Software DEFINITELY needs some adjustments and tweaks. Keep working!
