According to verified reviews, SurveyHero offers flexibility in survey creation, particularly with its code-based survey sharing feature. Users appreciate the ability to create detailed surveys, which can be beneficial for both professional and academic purposes.
Users say that Typeform's implementation process is quick and straightforward, with many noting how easy it is to get started. This is a significant advantage for those who may not be tech-savvy, as they can quickly build forms without a steep learning curve.
Reviewers mention that while SurveyHero has its strengths, such as the anonymous survey feature, it may not match the overall satisfaction levels seen with Typeform. The latter has a higher G2 Score, indicating a more favorable reception among users.
G2 reviewers highlight that Typeform's support quality is generally well-regarded, with users feeling that they have a reliable partner in their survey needs. This contrasts with SurveyHero, which, while functional, does not receive the same level of praise for support.
According to recent feedback, Typeform's survey builder is particularly well-received, with users noting its ability to handle complex answer selections easily. In comparison, while SurveyHero's builder is functional, it doesn't seem to offer the same level of ease and sophistication.
