I would get a lot of value from more User insights. For instance, we can see which inbounds from customers were NOT deflected, but I'd love to know more about the customers who WERE deflected. Who are they, what was their Account, are they a new customer...

It is very glitchy! More often than not it buffers for long periods of time. There is often interruptions in connection that cause loss of contact with client and or miscommunication. Software DEFINITELY needs some adjustments and tweaks. Keep working!
