It can integrate with other office products like slack, and the UI is comfortable to use. You can get notified if your coworkers have said something remarkable to other coworkers in slack when using small improvement.
I would have liked small improvements to have the ability to have an employee have more than one direct or indirect manager as my company has many employees with multiple managers. Due to this not all managers could give feedback within small improvements
Review Snap is easy to setup and easy to use. We have access to this service through our HR service provider PMSI, so there is no additional cost to us. It is easy for me to add managers. I like the dashboard and the ability I have to navigate the system.
When I call the support line I am never able to talk with a live person immediately. I am looking for immediate support and what I receive is a phone call (that usually goes to my voicemail) a few hours later. I think this is unacceptable
