Salesforce Engage has helped alot in emails tracking and sales management this increases number of clients and thus the income and profit of a company.
It was so easy to set up. In 15 mins i had 4 agents and a phone tree set up with all custom recordings. Also the price is amazing for what you are getting.

Unfortunately, you're at the mercy of your company. The interface is beyond cluttered and a huge mess. Like I said in the pros, the information is there, but attempting to access it? Good luck.
They assigned me a phone number that was already in use. When I contacted them about it they were dismissive and indifferent to the issue. When i later had to cancel my subscription that was a pain in the ass as well. I've probably spent 2-3 hours dealing...
