When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found Zymplify easier to use, set up, and do business with overall. However, reviewers preferred the ease of administration with Sailthru.
The customer service is second to none. I feel as if my CSM is truly looking out for the best interest of our company and not just looking to onboard us for the money. I love the Sailthru Academy days and plan to attend everyone that I am given the chance...
Having worked in marketing for several years, there has always been the thought of "I wish all these channels/platforms could be brought together in one place". Zymplify allows you to manage all your channels in one place - saving time, effort and stress.
My biggest complaint is how slow each page is to load. Sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds (or longer!) for drop-down menus to appear, images to reload, previews to load, etc. It's almost frustrating enough to not use Saithru at all.
I think that they need to have more people on the marketing team. Sometimes it can be difficult to reach someone, but once you do get in touch they are very helpful and knowledgeable.
