My biggest complaint is how slow each page is to load. Sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds (or longer!) for drop-down menus to appear, images to reload, previews to load, etc. It's almost frustrating enough to not use Saithru at all.
Terrible communication with customer support. TONS of glitches. Our emails would send out to the customers but would link to a dead page because of "Downtime" glitches within the Zaius system. This happend at least 3 times within the first month or so of...
