When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found Total Expert easier to use, set up, and administer. Reviewers also preferred doing business with Total Expert overall.
The customer service is second to none. I feel as if my CSM is truly looking out for the best interest of our company and not just looking to onboard us for the money. I love the Sailthru Academy days and plan to attend everyone that I am given the chance...
I really like that the website is very mobile comparable. I use my phone ALL the time so being able to fully use it on the go is a plus. I also really like the open rate for emails, this way I don't send constant emails that won't be open.
My biggest complaint is how slow each page is to load. Sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds (or longer!) for drop-down menus to appear, images to reload, previews to load, etc. It's almost frustrating enough to not use Saithru at all.
