This isn't a bait and switch... everything that's promised actually happens and is well communicated (truthfully) upfront. That and the ideas they bring are unique and always with the end result in mind.

The one issue we have had with Sandler is consistency with the program their people deliver. They all cover the same topics but would them to cover them for the same amount of time across the board.
