I rarely experienced connectivity issues. Most of the time if it was hard to hear a client, it was due to their cell service or another form of local disruption such as wind. Calls rarely dropped and when I’m they did I was immediately able to reach back out.
My organization has worked with Sonar for more than three years, and as the company has grown, their commitment to the success of their clients hasn't waned one bit. Our relationship continues to be the best of all the SAAS vendors that we work...
There wasn't anything super specific that differentiated it from other video services.
I disliked not being able to import live data into Sonar, though I added this through Zapier. Filtering a particular view was cleaner than I would have liked.
