Auto transcribe is fast, so if I need it soon, its there. Their manual transcribe is more accurate, but it costs more. I like that i have options depending on my needs on each job. Uploading is simple too.

Their translations are AWFUL. They basically don't make any sense, and even native speakers of the languages they cover will have the hardest time ever reading the crap they deliver.
