I love that the schedules have specific activities color coded. Its easy to see what updates have be made to schedules. Swap board feature is pretty cool and efficient, If a coworker selects instant approval function, My schedule is update instantaneously.

So far, the lack of help from the customer success team has been awful. I hate to say that, but one person said to just watch the videos and if I needed help then let the company know. Seriously? I know we;re not the biggest customer, but get real.
