I like the ease of use and that it allow us to have all of our methods of communication (email, sms, FB, chat, etc) in one place. Makes it easy for multiple staff members to divide the work.
Something I really like about this software is that it keeps your user engaged. They can get support instantly or can issue ticket.
have to re-sign into the app often. there's a delay in getting chat emails sent to me so I can reply via email (the reply via email is awesome though when it works)
