Description: The Zinklar Platform pricing is divided into three categories: Platform Access Fee, Project Credits, and Expert Support Hours. The platform access fee, renewed annually, provides full access to all survey design functionalities and our audiences. 

Project credits are used for surveys, with costs based on sample size, interview length, incidence rate (IR), and methodology. More committed credits lower the price per credit. Credits don&#39;t expire as long as the access fee is paid, and balances carry over annually. Separating platform fees and credits offers a better price per credit and tailored platform features. Additional support hours can be added based on your platform usage style (DIY or expert support).
