When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found Plutio easier to use and set up. However, Workfront is easier to administer. Reviewers also preferred doing business with Workfront overall.
Plutio is very easy to use. We primarily use it for invoices and time tracking. It’s nice to have both features in one place. In addition, the Plutio team is constantly listening to feedback and updating the software. It is great software.
The lake of customer service and help form, pages, videos and all that. No refunds for unsatisfied experiences. Perhaps if there were real people to talk with about our issues, we would not have been unhappy in the end.
