it is very complicated at the beginning (you will have steep learning curve) Sometimes the software is rather slow. Support has some time until answers are given (it is best if you can get quickly to the second level support)

My biggest complaint is how slow each page is to load. Sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds (or longer!) for drop-down menus to appear, images to reload, previews to load, etc. It's almost frustrating enough to not use Saithru at all.
