The ability to update Contact Roles on an Opportunity by pulling all the attendees on a Google Calendar invite and adding them to the system. We also use the Email daily digest, the reporting and activity views really help pin point where is the sales team...

I do not think we are using the features to the fullest, I use it primarily to track calls / emails and meeting time activity and compare it to my peers. This is useful to track productivity, but I don't really use it that much otherwise.
