It is easy to use and has connectors for all the relevant Oracle Cloud apps that are fairly straight forward to configure.

I love that you can post native video directly to Facebook using SocialFlow. I also like the ability to view analytics on a post in real-time. It's nice that the "queue" and "messages published" are side by side.

The program seems to crash quite often leaving us stranded at times.The program sometimes also struggles with refreshing data. It could be caused by our use of Mac computers however I feel that is an acceptable excuse. Not always super user friendly either...
