I like how easy it is to use and how easy it is to record messages and send them.

Can easily transcribe medical terminology, ethnic surnames, and handle multiple languages with ease. This service also has a quick response time. I'm very impressed with it's ability to understand colloquialisms as well.

How difficult it is to set up for an export. I am not very tech savvy so the initial set up was difficult. Fortunatly, One Call Now had good customer service to help us.

Very difficult to download, and minimal documentation for working on issues. We had significant issues installing the API and figuring out how to get it started. There wasn’t much instruction on how to solve common issues.
