I can't tag multiple metadata tags per post, so it's difficult to slice and dice metrics. There also isn't workflow built into the app, like a lot of social platforms are moving to.

Lack of useful analytics. Compared to competitors, Tweetdeck doesn't provide much to look at to determine what is working. Also, with Twitter tightening its grip on data access, it's only a matter of time before this program is useless.
