What I like best is the ability to see who has opened my emails as not everyone has a read receipt turned on when I ask for it. That way I know when I can follow up with somebody when they open the email and not before hand.

I had several bugs that delete all emails, or contacts. And supprt basically dont exist at all. You can wait more than one week to have the stupidiest response ever.
