Intuitive, easy to set up. Working with Spot has given us the ability to truly stand out as an organization. It's a different feeling bringing clients, partners, vendors into a virtual office as opposed to a standard 'Zoom' meeting.
Not really a whole lot to dislike. The only thing I can think of is that some features are only available in the desktop app (like the ability to share system audio), but some of that is outside of their teams control.
