When you upload a list of contact from your database, when they bounce these people automatically block your account and wont respond to the emails or reactivate the account and wont even refund the paid amount

If you use your own HTML like I do there is limited flexibility. Must use Html5 or formatting issues. Iuse Html 4 for all my other ESP's and find much better appearance over the broad spectrum of email viewing options
