I love that this can be used to find and hire candidates. I feel like the results from the assessment is very accurate. I also enjoy the tracking feature that starts from applicant to candidate, etc.

Unfortunately, the email system was a bit flawed since emails sent outside of JobScore would not get recorded. For example, I could send an applicant an email, but her email to me would not get recorded in the system. Our team had to copy and paste emails...
