This is a great product. We did a Citrix replacement with it and it was easy to implement and really cut our costs. The support team have been great with getting us setup and any questions we've had along the way

I do not like how this system "jumps" around. There needs to be a program update to allow mass actions with adjustment approvals, and the adjustment process. This could be improved on.
