I transitioned to IBMDA from NetInsight On-Demand. NIOD was my favorite web analytics tool, as it was incredibly flexible. I was severely disappointed by the lack of features and flexibility with IBMDA.

3. It's annoying that sometimes Quantcast, Alexa, and Compete data conflict with each other, and other times they're aligned. It's difficult to figure out if you can rely on any of them. Unless you get the very expensive level of access you are limited...
