I am currently protecting my clients using the Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol. In addition to fast convergence, so my clients do not even notice any events on the network, there is also the ease of protocol implementation.

with high amount of traffic they start to hang from time to time. even the console hangs and you cannot see the logs and status of the switch at all.
